The assays provide quantitative measurement of CXCL9, CXCL10, and IL-18 in EDTA plasma. These biomarkers are characterized as key Th1-polarized immune signaling mediators that participate in T cell–mediated immune activation, inflammatory signaling, and the transition from innate to adaptive immunity. The signaling pathways measured by these markers are being investigated in relation to allograft injury, acute rejection, and chronic graft dysfunction.

Operational features include a 24-hour turnaround time from receipt of the specimen for orders received by 11:00 a.m. CST, Monday through Saturday.
