Diesse Diagnostica Senese S.p.A. (Rigoni, Italy) demonstrated its CHORUS TRIO and VES MATIC 5 instruments at EUROMEDLAB 2022 which was held 10th-14th April 2022 in Munich, Germany.

CHORUS TRIO is an easy-to-use single test multiparametric system for immunometric assay. The single test device contains all the reagents necessary to perform the assay, thus eliminating hidden costs or waste of reagents. Ease of use and the most expansive selection of tests available on the market (infectious diseases, autoimmunity, endocrinology, and tumor markers, allergy, bone metabolism, inflammation) make it the ideal tool for performing small series diagnostic tests while ensuring maximum flexibility in organizing the clinical laboratory’s workflow. From the smallest to the largest, CHORUS TRIO easily adapts to the needs of any clinical analysis laboratory.

At EUROMEDLAB 2022, Diesse Diagnostica also demonstrated its new VES MATIC 5 automatic instrument for the determination of the ESR directly on the hematocrit tube (190 samples/hour), using racks from the main cell counters. ESR is a valuable laboratory test in a range of clinical conditions, such as rheumatoid diseases, orthopedic infections and Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and it can be used for the follow‐up of infectious, inflammatory, malignant and autoimmune diseases. Featuring IoT with internal cameras for advanced remote assistance, along with a modern and interactive graphic user interface, VES MATIC 5 offers continuous and random access loading of any kind of cell counter racks. Diesse Diagnostica plans to soon enable VES MATIC 5 to provide artificial intelligence-based recognition of lipemic, hemolyzed, coagulated and mislabeled samples.
