一种“卡片实验室”采集技术现在能用一份指血样本快速生成LC-MS/MS分析等应用所需的高质量血浆。

日本京都岛津公司的子公司岛津科学仪器公司(SSI; Columbia, MD, USA)推出了下一代样本收集工具——Noviplex卡片,可加快血浆的采集和分析。这种卡片可在几分钟内用未经测量的少量全血采集一定容积的血浆样本。它非常适用于LC-MS/MS分析。Noviplex还具有独立于血细胞比容的超常的可重复性,可去除99%的红细胞,并为基于MS的分析快速制备样本,同时维持测定的可重复性和选择性。

Noviplex卡片无需静脉切开术、针筒和玻璃采集管,从而简化了血液收集。用于生成血浆的样本容积范围是20–75微升的全血。该技术为样本制备和分析物萃取提供了一步式的固相方法。它消除了冷藏、离心、溶剂萃取和蒸发等过程,加速了处理。

岛津与Novilytic实验室(Novilytic; North Webster, IN, USA/)合作推出了Noviplex卡片。普渡大学化学教授、Novilytic公司创始人之一Fred Regnier博士说:“Novilytic实验室在样本收集和制备方面的新进展大大加速了疾病标记物的分析并改变了临床化学、健康监护和医疗的规范。”SSI生命科学事业部经理Scott Kuzdzal博士说:“Noviplex技术实现了无需实验室的样本制备,方便的‘卡片实验室’格式能快速生成血浆,供LC-MS/MS分析所用。这将极大简化诊所、化验室和医院的收集和处理。”
