Priorclave Ltd. (London, UK), a manufacturer of laboratory autoclaves and research grade sterilizers, highlighted its smallest steam sterilizer, the QCS EH100, at MEDLAB Middle East 2018. MEDLAB, the world’s largest attended laboratory and IVD exhibition and conference, held in Dubai, UAE, from February 5-8, 2018, also offered Priorclave the opportunity to showcase its full product range, including benchtop, top and front loading free-standing, double-door, stackable and power-door autoclaves.

Priorclave’s energy efficient autoclave are available a comprehensive range of front and top loading designs and a choice of formats - benchtop, double-door, stackable and powerdoor and chamber sizes from 40 to more than 850 liters as standard. In addition to more than 60 standard laboratory autoclaves, including front and top loading designs, the company also manufactures autoclaves to match specific requirements.

Visitors at Priorclave’s stand at MEDLAB Middle East 2018 had the opportunity examine first-hand the superior build quality of the QCS EH100, its 100 liter front loading laboratory autoclave. The QCS EH100 has a larger chamber diameter for increased versatility and sterilization of both small and taller than usual items. It also features the TACTROL controller that gives one-touch control, allowing for easy adjustment of sterilizing temperature and time for simple cycles to fully featured multi-program operation and with printed records. For a busy working environment, automating the sterilizing process along with features to assist in autoclave management, TACTROL enables other tasks to be undertaken secure in the knowledge that the sterilization is proceeding safely and efficiently.

The QCS EH100 allows laboratories to improve throughput due to its increased loading capacity and performance, as well benefit of lower overall running costs. It is ideal for lab managers in diverse industrial sectors, such as food, drink, dairy, pharmaceutical, agricultural, education, healthcare, as well as numerous research and educational institutes within the public sector.
